Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

Sizing information is provided as a guide. Because children's feet and individual fit preferences vary, we cannot guarantee that a particular size will fit every child.

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your order subject to these Terms.
An order may be subject to payment authorisation, stock availability, verification of order information and acceptance by FRED & CO.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable;
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error;
- Payment cannot be authorised;
- We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity; or
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once processing or dispatch has begun.
Returns, refunds and size exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, PAYMENTS AND PROMOTIONS
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian online store are in Australian dollars (AUD).
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
You agree to provide accurate and authorised payment information when placing an order.
Discount codes, promotional offers and special pricing may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiry dates, exclusions or other conditions.

We will take reasonable steps to prepare and dispatch orders within the timeframes communicated through our website or order communications.
Local delivery may be available for eligible addresses and may be subject to specific delivery areas, order values, fees and delivery conditions displayed at checkout.

Eligible change-of-mind returns and size exchanges must satisfy the conditions stated in that policy.
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise non-compliant products are protected by the Australian Consumer Law.
Our Return & Refund Policy and these Terms operate in addition to, and do not replace or limit, any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

FRED & CO is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, purchases made from our store are transactions directly between you and FRED & CO.
Shopify provides ecommerce technology and related services but is not the seller of FRED & CO products.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have against FRED & CO under applicable law.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY
Our collection, use and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Because our online store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain information relating to your use of our store in order to provide its services.
Shopify's handling of personal information is also subject to its applicable privacy policies.

If you voluntarily provide us with a product review, suggestion, photograph, comment or other feedback ("Feedback"), you confirm that you have the right to provide that Feedback.
