FRED & CO began with a simple idea, inspired by our own experience as parents.

Like many families, we’ve spent countless hours searching for things our children genuinely need for school and everyday life. Along the way, we bought plenty of products that looked great online and promised to make life easier — only to discover that many weren’t quite as practical or useful as we had hoped.

With so much choice available, finding something that is reliable, practical and reasonably priced can sometimes be surprisingly difficult.

That’s why we started FRED & CO.

We don’t want to offer hundreds of products simply for the sake of having more choice.

Instead, our goal is to carefully select products for school-aged children and families that we believe offer a genuine balance of quality, practicality and value.
